Hi, I’m Randa—Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and #Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant.

I’m 49, so I don’t just talk about women’s hormones—I live it. My coaching goes far beyond cookie-cutter plans. With over 25 years of experience, I help women over 40 feel stronger, leaner, and more confident—without extreme diets or punishing workouts.
