Welcome to my corner of the web! I’m Randa Dinkler—a Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people discover their best selves through a holistic approach to health and well-being. With 25 years of experience in weight loss and fitness, I’ve worn many hats—health educator in a medical clinic, nutrition director, personal trainer, group class instructor, workshop leader, and presenter.
My journey in health and fitness has been more than just a career—it’s been a personal journey of self-discovery and growth. There was a time when I struggled deeply with body image issues, placing so much of my self-worth on my appearance. It led me down a path of obsessing over food and over-exercising, leaving me drained and unfulfilled. That turning point forced me to take a hard look at my relationship with my body, my time, and my energy—and start making changes that truly mattered.
Through this journey, I learned the importance of loving and respecting my body, honoring my time and energy, and practicing what I was teaching others. I realized that true freedom from dieting culture comes from a balanced, sustainable approach. That’s what inspired me to create a coaching program that has helped hundreds of women break free from restrictive diets and take control of their health in a way that feels empowering and lasting.


My clients often tell me my best quality is seeing the best in them and genuinely wanting to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. I’m a good listener, and I get it—everyone’s journey to a healthier lifestyle comes with its own unique challenges. I believe in the power of moderation, enjoying food without guilt, and thriving without giving in to societal pressures.
I specialize in helping women in midlife navigate the unique challenges that come with midlife—whether it’s changes in metabolism, shifting hormones, or simply finding balance in their busy world.
